Funders Collaborative awards $47k in third quarter 2014

In the third quarter of 2014, the Funders Collaborative awarded 2 grants totaling $46,295. The grants support the Funders Collaborative goals of creating Vibrant Transit-Oriented Places and utilizing Effective Coordination and Collaboration. The grants awarded this quarter under Vibrant Transit-Oriented Places and Effective Coordination and Collaboration include:
Vibrant Transit-Oriented Places
The Saint Paul Smart Trips received a $7,500 investment to support the Saint Paul Open Streets event on University Avenue. 
 
Effective Coordination and Collaboration
The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation received a $38,795 investment to support the development of the 2015 Central Corridor Tracker and plan for future evaluations.

To date, the Funders Collaborative has made 132 grants totaling over $9.9M in four key areas: Access to Affordable Housing, Strong Local Economy, Vibrant Transit-Oriented Places and Coordination and Collaboration. For a complete list of investments, click here.
