“Green Line Revisited” Exhibition Seeks Your Submissions

The Ramsey County Historical Society (RCHS) is asking community members to use their creativity and skills to document the Green Line Light Rail. The exhibition will consist of works created from or about the Green Line within the time period of January 2014-May 2015, which includes a portion of the construction phase; the Grand Opening; and the Green Line in operation. 


Submission Deadline for entries is Friday, May 22, 2015.

Notification to participants: May 26-29, 2015.

Accepted work drop-off dates: June 1-3, 2015 


Exhibition location: Landmark Center, St. Paul, MN.

Exhibition Dates: June 18-December 27, 2015.

Opening Reception & Awards: June 18, 2015 from 5:30-7:30 pm.

This exhibit is open to any original work created about the Metro Transit Green Line that was created within the January 2014-May 2015 time frame. Works may feature locations, nature, people, buildings, things, etc. along the Green Line. The exhibition is open to both amateurs and professionals. Any style or media is acceptable – 2-D and 3-D visual work in any media, film or video, musical compositions or songs, recorded sounds, writing, poetry or storytelling. The work will be exhibited in the Landmark Center in the Ramsey County Historical Society Exhibit Gallery.
