Today, the Central Corridor Funders Collaborative and more than 100 partners gathered at Bedlam Theatre in Lowertown Saint Paul to celebrate the momentum along the Green Line and mark its one year anniversary.
The Sixth Annual Investing Beyond the Rail Stakeholder Breakfast, set against the back drop of the Green Line’s Union Depot station, was the ideal setting to mark progress along the Green Line in development, cultural destinations, open spaces, transit access, and business investment and jobs. In addition, Wilder Research presented results from its Key Outcomes for the Corridor 2015 Indicators Report, an annual look at changes in Central Corridor.
Thanks to all who attended this morning’s breakfast, and to all of the partners who shared the stories of their work to bring vitality and opportunity to the Corridor. You can learn more about these stories below in the Funders Collaborative 2014 Annual Report, the Central Corridor Tracker 2015, and the video titled: Gaining Momentum Along the Green Line.
Nancy Homans from the City of Saint Paul described the energy and pride in the room today best. She said, “It’s a tremendous accomplishment to see everyone who has been part of this collective effort take personal credit for the momentum along the Green Line. That is success.”
