With the support of the Central Corridor Funders Collaborative, the Cities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis are joining with the Twin Cities Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) to pull together a cross-disciplinary Project Team representing the government, community, finance, and development sectors.
