The construction and operation of the Central Corridor Light Rail Line will bring about a shift in the local marketplace.  This shift is expected to present both tremendous opportunities and significant challenges for Central Corridor businesses.

The Business Resources Collaborative (BRC) was created to support businesses and property owners through this changing market.  The BRC is a partnership of business coalitions, nonprofit community developers and local and regional governments.

Our goal is to coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive, integrated mix of services that will support area businesses and property owners before, during, and after LRT construction.

Meeting since September 2008, we created and launched a Strategic Workplan in June 2010.  This workplan guides our on-going implementation efforts.
