CONTRACTOR AND WORKFORCE INCLUSION GROUP
Objectives
The state of Minnesota has set workforce and DBE goals for the Central Corridor LRT project. These goals include 18% minority and 6% female workforce hours for all contracts and, in general, 15% of contract dollars for DBEs (specific goals for DBEs vary by type and size of contract).
Our objective was to help all parties meet or exceed these project goals.
