Objectives

• Understand and support existing and emerging businesses, industry clusters, and key institutions along Central Corridor by linking them to employment, education and workforce-related services.
• Enhance the employability of and access to jobs by corridor residents who are unemployed or underemployed through the use of skills assessment, training, and credentialing.
• Develop a tool kit and recommendations on developing partnerships between industry clusters, anchor institutions, and workforce development services and training institutions for use in other transit corridors.
